HZSY35 concrete batching plant is developed by our company in order to adapt the market demand at home and abroad, meet the requirements of rapid installation and consignment of customers, and is designed and carried out reasonably on the basis of JS750 concrete mixer. HZSY35 concrete batching plant is composed of aggregate and non aggregate supply and metering system, mixing system, electrical control system, pneumatic control system, towing device and so on. The theory of productivity is 35m3/h, concrete unloading height is 3.8m, could mixing various types of concrete, suitable for small scale construction, hydropower, roads, ports, airports, bridges and other engineering construction and small precast concrete products factory and concrete production factory.

Structure introduction

HZSY35 mobile concrete batching plant contains aggregate batching system, main frame, mixer assembly, dip belt machine, non aggregate metering system system, water supply system, liquid additive feeding system, pneumatic system, towing assembly, cement storage and supply system, electric control system and other components.
